2019 DPCA Annual Awards Breakfast

The Drowning Prevention Coalition of Arizona shared best practices and honored water safety advocates during the annual breakfast on Thursday, August 29 with help from SRP and ASU at the AE England Building in Phoenix. Water Watch with John Harrington

John Harrington is one of the founding members of the Drowning Prevention Coalition of Arizona. After losing an entire kindergarten class of children to drowning in 1988 John Harrington, Linda Kirby and Jay Arthur met to find a solution. We dedicate 30 years of water safety to their efforts.
