April is centered around Compassion and Delivering Stellar Service.
During this connection event, you'll meet and hear from two of our dynamic KNOW Global Elite members. These ladies will be sharing on how they deliver outstanding client service and how they leverage it through testimonials, reviews and rankings. We will also be discussing how you can implement a client development plan in your business.
Bring your lunch [or coffee] and buckle in to learn tactical tools that can help you reach the next level in your life and career. We will be learning, sharing, and connecting safely... until in-person events are allowed. This event is for all KNOW Global members. Expect to meet women from all over North America.

NINA J. MULLINS
Nina Mullins is Senior Director of Land and Papago Park Center, Inc. at Salt River Project (SRP), the third-largest public power utility in the country. SRP is the largest provider of water to the Phoenix Metropolitan area and services over one million power customers in Arizona. The Land Department provides real estate services to ensure the delivery of reliable, low-cost water and power to our customers.
Nina serves on the Board of Directors of Valley of the Sun United Way, Rio Salado Foundation, and is the Chair on the Advisory Board for the University of Idaho, Energy Executive Course. Nina was selected as one of the "Most Influential Woman in Arizona" in 2018 and received the Women Achievers’ Award in 2019. Nina was selected as a Woman Worth Watching by the Profiles in Diversity Journal. Nina earned her bachelor’s degree from NAU and her MBA from Western International University. |

ELIZABETH SABA
Elizabeth Saba is a long-time valley philanthropist. After her consulting career with Accenture, Elizabeth joined the Junior League of Phoenix where she chaired the Headquarters Capital Campaign and formed the JLP Foundation. Elizabeth was honored with the Mary Harriman Award for service and was a JLP 75th Anniversary Honoree. While raising her three sons, Elizabeth worked in public and private schools helping to improve the educational experience for many students through programming and fundraising.
Elizabeth is now a writer, freelance editor and teaches literacy skills to elementary school students. She advocates for literacy for all ages through The Literacy and Prologue Society, Sunshine Readers, and with her own program curating books for students of all ages. Elizabeth has an MFA from Stonybrook University Southampton, with an emphasis in Children’s Literature and a BS in Public Administration from the University of Arizona. She resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona with her husband Bryan. |

JANET CERJAK
Janet Cerjak has been teaching for 20 years. She is a kindergarten teacher at Sierra Verde STEAM Academy. The Principal states she is a fixture of the campus and community. Throughout COVID she has maintained a "normal" routine, she is a true fighter. She earned a B.S. from Northern AZ University and a Post Baccalaureate degree from University of Phoenix. |

JENNIFER MAYER
Jennifer and her team have tested over 50,000 people for COVID-19 in underserved areas of Phoenix since August 2020. She is currently responsible for two testing sites, a mobile van that offers rapid testing in high-risk areas and PCR testing at Maryvale. In addition, Jennifer is the Director of Nursing at Vincere Cancer Center, where she oversees the Nation's most comprehensive cancer screening program for First Responders. |
